At Srinexo EduTech Pvt Ltd, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable learning experience for every student. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and program transfers.

Refunds: A full refund of the applicable training or course fee may be considered if a student is unable to access the purchased learning content due to a technical issue directly caused by Srinexo and the issue cannot be reasonably resolved. All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team.

Pre-Registration: The pre-registration or booking amount paid to reserve a seat is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or approved by Srinexo.

Program Transfer: If a student is unable to attend the selected batch, they may request a transfer to a future available batch by informing Srinexo in advance. Approved transfers will generally be provided without an additional transfer fee, subject to availability and applicable program conditions.

Internship Validity: Unless otherwise specified for a particular program, the internship validity is six (6) months from the date of commencement.
